Burna Boy revealed this in his most recent Shopping For Sneakers interview. In the interview, Burna Boy also disclosed that, contrary to popular belief, Toni Braxton receives 60% of the streaming royalties from his smash track ‘Last Last,’ her contribution is only a minor portion of the revenues.

The interview tape in which Burna Boy said that he made more money with ‘Last Last’ than any other song was shared on Twitter by user @onejoblessboy.

Unsurprisingly, the clip sparked debate among fans, with many questioning Burna Boy’s assertion.

Since its publication in May 2022, ‘Last Last’ has received widespread local and worldwide praise. The song is one of 19 on Burna Boy’s new album ‘Love, Damini,’ and Burna Boy has promised a remix with British-Nigerian rapper Dave.
