How Kemi Adetiba Brought Me Out – Actress Sola Sobowale

Sola Sobowale, a veteran actress, has revealed how filmmaker Kemi Adetiba brought her newfound popularity in the film business.

Sobowale talks about her major part as Eniola Salami in Adetiba’s King of Boys during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
Sobowale said of her connection with the director, “Adetiba knows me better than I know myself.”

“There is something special about Kemi Adetiba. Kemi Adetiba knows who Sola Sobowale is. I don’t even recognize myself. “Kemi knows me better than I know myself,” stated Sobowale.

“Kemi Adetiba pulled me out,” she added. I’ll say it wherever. I don’t mind if this sounds repetitive. I’ll second that. I’m going to sing it. I’ll yell it. “She called me out.”

Sobowale also stated that she had never seen herself in a film before, but she had to see King of Boys.
“I don’t usually monitor myself, but I had to during King of Boys,” the veteran continued.

Despite starting Nollywood in 1992, Sobowale rose to prominence in 2001 as “Toyin Tomato” in Wale Adenuga’s Super Story.

However, she found fresh fame in Kemi Adetiba’s Wedding Party, which was published in 2016.

However, Adetiba’s King of Boys catapulted her to prominence in 2018 owing to her alpha female part and the powerful attitude she displayed in the film.
