Mr Macaroni considers that sex for roles should be a punishable offense.

Mr Macaroni, a popular Nigerian comedian and sketch writer, said on Saturday that claims of sex for roles should be examined and proper punishments imposed on the perpetrators.

Mr Macaroni told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that such claims should not be pushed under the rug.

According to NAN, Macaroni is most known for his Instagram comedic videos in which he portrays a “sugar daddy.” He is famous for saying “Ooin” and “You’re doing fine.”

“Totally horrible, absolutely awful behavior,” he remarked. “I’ve always spoken out against it, even before I became a public person.”

“I have kicked against it, I have a series of tweets against it, I have a lot of substance to speak against it, it is incredibly rude and disgusting, and it stinks of how far we have fallen from humanity.”

“People should be assigned tasks and occupations based on their competency and ability to deliver.” “How many people are you going to sleep with?”

He went on to say that rather than turning a blind eye to such behavior, there should be repercussions.

“There should be penalties for abhorrent behavior in order to improve.” If they are proven guilty, I want to think there will be a suitable punishment.

“And it’s not only sex; someone will ask you to go and bring money for a job; if they have money, will they be seeking employment; we shouldn’t spoil the lives of others as well,” Macaroni added.

He counseled artists going through similar trials to stay loyal to themselves and be consistent.
