Abdulrasheed Bello aka JJC Skillz’s son, Benito, has responded to his father’s announcement this morning that his marriage to actress Funke Akindele has ended.
Remember that Benito uploaded multiple postings several weeks ago revealing that the famous couple’s marriage was in trouble.
Following JJC’s revelation, Benito uploaded a photo on his Instagram page this morning, which is thought to be related to his father’s failed marriage.
“I said the truth, men,” Benito wrote.
JJC Skills and Funke Akindele have announced the breakdown of their marriage.
The news that the couple could be in financial trouble recently made the rounds, causing quite a stir online.
As the two attended the recent African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) Gala separately, the breakup speculations intensified.
They arrived at the event in different cars and didn’t snap pictures together since they were both busy having fun with some of their coworkers separately. This encouraged reports that things were not going well between them.
In the midst of the rumors, JJC Skills turned to Instagram and said that his marriage had been in trouble for two years.
Funke Akindele, he claims, asked him to leave her residence and denied any friendly communication with him.
JJC stated that their marriage is no longer repairable and that he is considering how they may co-parent with ease and run their joint business at the time of the announcement.
