The actress confirmed that she will be Jandor’s running companion in July 2022. Akindele stated that she chose to accept the mandate in order to assist women and promote the well-being of youngsters and girls.

“I viewed it as a chance to assist liberate and enhance the well-being of our people, particularly underprivileged youngsters, women, and girls,” she explained.
